At Arizona Balloon Company, we stand behind the quality of our advertising balloons, blimps, and inflatables. Because each order is custom-made, we have a limited return policy.
Defective Products Only
- Returns are accepted only for defective products.
- A product is considered defective if it arrives damaged, is not functional as intended, or has a manufacturing fault.
- Minor variations in color, size, or appearance are normal with custom inflatables and are not considered defects.
No Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges.
- If your product is defective, we will either repair or replace it at our discretion.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the defect is confirmed upon inspection.
- If the defect is verified, Arizona Balloon Company will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Final Sale Items
- Custom graphics, banners, or specially modified products are final sale and not eligible for return, except in the event of a defect.
