At Arizona Balloon Company, we stand behind the quality of our advertising balloons, blimps, and inflatables. Because each order is custom-made, we have a limited return policy.


Defective Products Only

  • Returns are accepted only for defective products.
  • A product is considered defective if it arrives damaged, is not functional as intended, or has a manufacturing fault.
  • Minor variations in color, size, or appearance are normal with custom inflatables and are not considered defects.

No Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges.
  • If your product is defective, we will either repair or replace it at our discretion.

  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the defect is confirmed upon inspection.
  • If the defect is verified, Arizona Balloon Company will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Final Sale Items

  • Custom graphics, banners, or specially modified products are final sale and not eligible for return, except in the event of a defect.
