Have your balloon your way. Since we make our balloons here we can usually provide the colors and graphics you want on your balloon. Want a red and green balloon with white letters? No problem.
How easy is it to use one of our polyurethane advertising balloons or advertising blimps? Take a couple of minutes to watch the video below. Very easy! Fast! Use very little helium! Balloons are even easier and faster to inflate.
If you have a few minutes please watch this video to get a complete overview of advertising balloons.
We manufacture the best helium advertising balloons available! USA Manufacturer!
There are two primary types of materials used in making helium advertising balloons. The old standard which constitutes the vast majority of the market because they are the most available and cheapest in initial cost are made of PVC. 90% of these helium balloons made of PVC are made in China and re-sold by vendors in the USA.

The other material, which we and a couple of other USA manufacturers use, is polyurethane. Polyurethane was developed for NASA because it is lighter, stronger and retains helium much better than PVC.
7ft diameter PVC balloon weighs 7 lbs. 10 ounces
Our 7ft diameter Polyurethane balloon weighs 2 lbs. 2 ounces.
A 7ft sphere will hold approximately 180 cubic feet of helium. Which balloon will fly better? Obviously, the polyurethane balloon will have 5 lbs 8 ounces of lift more than the PVC balloon and will perform much better and be able to fly in much higher wind speeds.
Our polyurethane balloons lose about 1% of their helium volume each day, in contrast to a PVC balloon which loses 3% or more of its helium volume each day.
Stronger: Our polyurethane material has over twice the tearing strength threshold as compared to PVC.
Why do they keep selling balloons made of PVC? Because you can get a 1/2 container full of them for $30/each and sell them in the USA for $299.00.

Our polyurethane material costs 600% more than PVC so why do we make balloons of polyurethane? We started making our own balloons because we provided balloon service a large number of clients and the poor performance and huge helium costs involved in using PVC balloons made our business only marginally profitable. We found polyurethane, tested it for our use and have been making our own balloons and blimps for the past 20 years. If we could make or find a better balloon or blimp we would use it because we still make hundreds of balloons and blimps each year for our own use.
Don’t buy a balloon, or especially a blimp, made of PVC. You save money each time you use one of our products.

Helium advertising blimps are the second most common type of inflatable referred to as advertising balloons. Our advertising blimps are made of polyurethane, not PVC, so they fly very well!
